“I thought it would have been be bigger The picture showed a Dalmatian laying on one hence I thought it would be quite big but it must have been a puppy I could have done with one twice as big as I have a golden retriever”

We sell four different sizes and I can see you have ordered the extra large and this is the biggest size we do. I hope your retriever is enjoying the mat and it is comfortable for them. “The order lead time was long in comparsion to other suppliers I have used for dog products but otherwise fine as I got the product that I required”

“Delivery was not as Quick as I expected, my order was confirmed, but not despatch until well over a week after it was placed. Emails are given, so customers should be notified if there is a problem, or delay”

“Its ok however didnt realise you couldnt zoom in just move it up and down which is quite disappointing. Also getting constant feedback and echoing when trying to talk to the dogs. It does do a job so its ok .but rather of bought a more decent setup so that i could zoom in and not get the feedback”

“I bought the ownpets pet sling, i like it apart from the front adjustable strap.It really isn't good, it slips down which could easily fall out when there is any weight in the sling. I will be stitching it up now.”

“It really looks good but having problems setting up can’t get rid of alarm frustrating me😩 To be honest thought it detects my dogs barking not just motion movements 👎”
