Cannot get it to pair with WiFi at all & have a flashing red button come up which tells you nothing about it 😢

Hi Helen, I am sorry to hear you're having problems with the camera, the camera should connect over 3G/4G or WIFI for you to be able to watch your dog whilst you're out and about. I can see we have communicated with you over email to try and resolve this and sent you some returns information. Very poor postage waiting on an itiem still to be delivered after 20days to ireland

Thank you for leaving a review, I am sorry your item didn't arrive as quickly as expected. I have sent you a private email which contains your tracking number, the Royal Mail have tried to deliver but nobody was home so they need you to reschedule the delivery. I this helps.

I placed my order on 30 March and have not yet received the final item- an Ancol cooling coat. As it is nearly a month since I ordered my 3 items I do not think this is good service. Would you please advise what has happened to my order and when I can expect to receive it. Regards Annette Lorimer

This goes off in a closed room with no activity. However it doesn't activate when there is activity. Cannot stop the irritating barking notification so not useful when I need to be uninterrupted.

I have not used it as I don’t know how to set it up. Also I don’t want to give my bank card details. can anyone advise if they have these problems too??

Very difficult to set up and still not working properly. I would not recommend getting this gadget to anyone in fact would like to return it!!

I was happy with the supply of a Cleverdog camera but am now fed up with being bombarded by DoggieGadgets adverts. As I requested several weeks ago, PLEASE STOP SENDING YOUR JUNK E-MAILS.

My camera worked eventually after about 10 attempts to connect to WiFi but when I switched it off to move it it will not connect at all now

You have just emailed to see how u am getting on with my orange camera when I'm actually still waiting for delivery of my pink camera not impressed with the service at all as ordered over a week ago and I'm still waiting????!!!

Hi Laura Thanks for letting us know about this issue. Firstly, I've checked your order in our system and a pink camera has been dispatched to you. I'm surprised you haven't received it already. Looking in the system it was dispatched on the 28th. I can only assume that the snow may have had an effect on your order. I have just refunded your postage. Please let us know if you haven't received your camera by Monday. Secondly, rest assured, it will be a pink camera. This email asked you to review an orange camera, that was a mistake of the new reviews system (we only launched this today). Apologies again for the delay in getting your camera to you.
