9 days since order placed and still waiting for email to advise my order has been dispatched...!!

One item still to be delivered, no obvious way to expedite - website shows item being delivered with vague standard comment about return to site, but no shipping link.

Hi John, I am so sorry you were waiting longer for one of your orders, I can see from the correspondence we have had with yourself that the delayed order was coming to you via one of our couriers and I can assure you we have passed on yours and our disappointment that the order took a while to reach you. This loooks great on the face of it, but once it arrived and tried to install it was complex for an older person. Kept on losing connection and didn’t work on App outside of home. Returned for refund.

I am sorry to hear you felt the camera was complex to set up and that you had problems with the camera, the camera should connect over 3G/4G or WIFI for you to be able to watch your dog whilst you're out and about so I am very sorry this didn't work for you. I can see we have communicated via email and that this is now resolved, again I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Took very long to get back to me regarding my query on not receiving dispatch details...product much smaller than descibed by advert and including postage was very overpriced

I bought a Clever dog cam when I returned to work after adopting a rescue dog. It was easy to set up despite the appallingly tiny instructions. However it only worked the first time and has not worked since. All attempts to get in touch with the company have failed so there is zero customer support. I am really disappointed and until the company work with me to resolve the issues, it is a complete waste of money

Items were shown in stock when ordered - after payment made we were then advised items were not in stock. Items then took over 10days to arrive. When they did come they were of good quality and as described.

I found it uncomfortable for me and also not being made of a waterproof material it needed washing nearly every time it was used. I ended up buying An alternative sling.

Bought this after reading reviews to keep an eye on my dogs but as soon as I leave the house signal is lost so cannot see anything total waste of money

Only thing I can say is sometimes it works but the majority of the time it doesn't. Works perfectly well while I'm in the house but that defeats the whole purpose!!😤

Don’t find very good when not at home I can’t log in and check the dog been told to connect to WiFi but whole point of it is to check on my boy when am not home and it’s not everywhere u got WiFi.
