“As a regular Domino's customer, I would like to share my experience. I've always enjoyed their pizza in the past - it was rich, tasty and colorful. However, lately I have noticed changes, and they are not always for the better. Pizza has become less rich and interesting in taste than before. It seems that the ingredients used are now not as high quality or the portions are smaller. This is quite disappointing considering my previous positive experiences with Domino's.
In addition, Domino's used to pride itself on its prompt delivery - promising to deliver pizza anywhere in the city in half an hour. However, now this time has increased significantly.”
“2nd incident Ordered pizza on line to Marion location. Called as was ordering to be delivered to a friends house for movie night. Called Marion after ordered as thought the delivery would be done by Blairsferry location. They stated it was right and that they had the order. Get there and check to track it and see that it left business at 5:25. Sounded right, but then could not track anymore. Called at 4:50 and talked to a Josh, he stated that it was on its way and would be there very shortly. I had requested 4:45 delivery. At 6:04 the delivery is made. I stated to the driver was late, and hoped it would not be cold. He snapped wasn't that late and delivers them as he gets them Guess what "VERY COLD PIZZA" First time Blairsferry road location arrived only to find out that my pizza had been given to another red car. Had to wait 20 minutes to prepare another one. Still had to pay. While waiting the other red car pulled up and picked up their pizza and also had my pizza, which I am sure they got for free. I waited 20 minutes and paid for a pizza they walked out with free. Foul me once shame on you. Foul me twice shame on me. 319 832 1817”
