“I'm particular about pizza, I frequent 2 locations in south Minneapolis, I had a tradition of pizza crust Fridays with my dog for the last 3 years of his life.
More often than not both locations did good with my odd order of light cheese and spinach.
However whenever I use/ redeem my free pizza or a coupon the pizza is made completely different. Not sure if its different staff or what but it's disappointing to earn a reward use it and have it be a waste. You can't even feel justified complaining cause it was free. It is a bummer”

“The staff at Tega Cay Sc store are by far the lowest form of employee. The girl that took my order actually had body odor and I smelled her stinking smokers breath. My order was wrong and I called it out to them. The stinky girl was rude to me and told me to go somewhere else and eat. I said OK and left. Thats about typical for that store. It wasnt the first time but it was the last.”
“First off could not even find a decent menu online that specified what came on any sandwiches. Second of all, the worker that took my order couldnt even tell me exactly what was on the sandwiches as I was told the Italian had Italian beef on it which I knew did not. Ended up getting 2 steak and cheese and that was a joke! All u could see was the big toasted bun because the amount of steak was so skimpy and then the little strip of cheese on the top bun was cold, hard and burnt. Not impressed at all when next door was Jimmy Johns for less money and more ingredients. Wont be ordering here again.”

I called to complain and was hung up on with no solution offered. I called back again and someone that said they were the manager probably not hung up on me again. Dominos truly does not care about their customers. I then cancelled payment on them through my bank and reported them to their corporate.”

“MUST READ!! We have never been so offended in all ours lives by the rudness of the branch manager on shift on Saturday 4th July. He claimed his name was 'John Clade' after laughing my wife off the phone. Blatent lie as he had a deep Asian accent.
My wife placed an order over the app which her Apple pay said was unsuccesful, litterally a minute later we reordered and it appeared succesful. 45 minutes later and a double order arrives. The driver then refuses to take one order back. We then call Domines Welwyn Garden City to be laughed off the ohone by the so called manager who refuses to give his name. Eventually he claims to be called John Clade as he laughs down the phone. All in all we pay £90 for 2 pizzas.
I hope head office or the Area manager reads this as the manager on shift this night was disgusting in his level of customer service and rudeness. As someone who employs staff I would want my manager to know if someone was acting like this representing my brand.
To the so called 'John Clay'. I will get my refund in one way or the other as I have disputed this with head office and will also submit a chargeback with my bank. Well done you”
