“Zero stars. Experience in line with the other reviews. Not received goods having been originally assured of delivery timescale for standard delivery. They said they would resend after a week and a half, but still nothing. The phone number isn't a real number ... they indicated there was a temporary technical glitch ... but it still doesn't work & they were not forthcoming with any other means of phoning them.”

Luckily mine was a very low value order but if the company are doing this to most customers they must be doing very well out of it. I will clearly not be using them again”
“I bought goods from this merchant at the beginning of January but they never arrived. After a couple of weeks they claimed that the goods were " on their way" but they still didn't arrive and e mails asking when to expect them were not answered.
After 4 weeks, a request for my money back was not answered either and in the end I had to get Paypal and my credit card provider involved - both of whom were excellent but its taken a lot of time and effort to get nowhere.

“Lee was very helpful in trying to find a particular length latch that I needed though the exact length was unavailable. I opted to buy a 6 mm spindle and 7 mm sleeves, but they took a long time to come as the sleeves were not in stock. I was not informed of this until I made enquiries. So "Good" and "Poor" are both involved which gives a combined score of "Normal".”
