“Delivery guy only delivered part of the order, think he was to lazy to check his van, so a phone call to the lovely lady in the office who I'm sure fired a rocket at the company and the rest of the order followed promptly, the lovely lady called me back to check it had all arrived, that's what I call customer service, I hope she gets a pat on the back.”

“I placed an order for three doors for collection and the handles and catches the handles where due in that day but had not been delivered when I went to collect my order not a problem I can collect them when I collect my other order. The next day the door catches were delivered to me and the other door that was delivered on the day I was promised ten out of ten for this company great service grate prices. Thank you”

“Very good selection of doors and a speedy service. Received the handles a day later and the door a few days later accompanied by a phone call to arrange appropriate delivery which is ideal so I could arrange to be available. Not always the case with other companies. Would certainly use again for my door needs. Plus I like the fact that they are local.”
