“The products never arrived with me, Dorset Tea haven't picked up the phone once to answer my calls, they haven't replied to a single email or social media message. Customer service is simply shocking. Grow up and learn to run a business”

“Is it embarrassing to admit that this 2.5kg, 1100 bag of Sunnshine blend was my 10th bag ordered from the website since early 2021? You can tell it's the BEST tea and loved by the whole familty and visitors to our home! I wouldn't buy any other. I also like that Dorset tea is quite local to me so that's a plus. It's full flavoured and fresh and not too strong unlike my previous buy.”

“I chose the strawberries and cream tea. It was perfect choice, very refreshing. and timely as I was having scones. I loved the way each tea bag was individually wrapped keeping it's flavour.and making it easy and appealing to take on travels. What surprised me was how the cream stood out. Taste of fresh cream not some artificial powder. Would order this again.”
