“I haven’t received my order and despite emailing Dorset tea twice, I haven’t had a response. I’m really disappointed with the service and lack of customer care. I won’t be shopping with them again!”

“We love our Dorset Tea. We recently spent three weeks in Yorkshire and Cumbria but had to make sure we took enough tea bags with us not to run out. It is the best flavour tea we have ever had.”

“Was a PG Tips girl all my life, until we found Dorset tea 2 years ago, such a a clean refreshing cup of tea, would never change now….you can’t beat it! My husband is an Earl Grey drinker, he also has converted to the Dorset Earl Grey Tea, he says it’s better than the well known brands.”

“Had tea making facilities in our room at a Bournemouth hotel using Dorset tea. My husband & I both said what a wonderful cup of tea it was. On arrival back home immediately sent for some. Will use in the future instead of our usual brand.”
