“I like that they don't have any problems with support taking a long time to respond. Everything works fine in that department. I liked the analytics. But I didn't immediately figure out how to switch between markets correctly.”

“I appreciate Dotbig and can completely trust it. It is a platform where you feel safe. But support doesn't always respond quickly. For example, I can't figure out how to switch between markets, I write to them, and they only respond after twenty minutes. I would like to see better service and attitude.”
