Appalling. Failed to deliver despite claiming attempted which I know they didn't as I was home, no card through the box and no one on ring doorbell came to the door. 2 weeks later same thing again on another delivery which they have then sent back to the supplier without contacting me or attempting re delivery. I cannot emphasize how bad this service has been

Do not use this company there is more chance of your parcel getting to its destination by tying a balloon to it and drop kicking it from your front door! Aftersales service is non existent they sent me 4 emails asking what it looked like I had replied with photos to all 4 and I'm still waiting! Now they say prove it!

Utterly disgraceful company. Two of us waited in at the allotted time and, ten minutes later, I received a message that the driver had attempted to deliver it but I wasn’t there. This was a lie. The delivery was a dinner service, presumably in several boxes and he didn’t want to deal with it. Fir your own sakes, please use any other company.
