“Over all I found them excellent. Having had a bad experience with Dolphin music in which the product I had ordered had not been delivered two weeks after purchase, despite 2 phone calls. I was a little apprehensive when purchasing from DS Music however the product was in store as claimed and delivered 24 hours later. The product was and is excellent and having had cause to ring them about the product (The problem was my fault not the product or company!) I found their custom service excellent. I thoroughly recommend them.”

“The service was overall very good and I would happily user the company again. i am not an expert in downloading and installing software and their support was technically good and extremely patient with my inexperience! I would recommend them to anyone else looking for music related software. Best wishes, Bert Santilly”

“Excellent service from yourselves but I would change the couriers you use. My goods arrived a day later than stated. The driver said he had them on the van the previous day but didn't get round to deliver them.”

“I have had two flutes repaired by DS Music a Yamaha YFL 211 and a Solid Silver Coronet. I was given a quote for the work on both flutes before any work was completed so I had the option to have the work done or not done. Both flutes came back to me in stunning condition and both played well after being repaired. I would highly recommend DS Music, the service is superb.”
