“Brilliant service. Phoned for assistance before purchasing from the website and despite key personnel missing that day phone calls to the missing people were made by the remaining staff and call backs made within minutes. Goods were despatched promptly and arrived safely. A subsequent order was dealt with using next day delivery without any extra charge. Not surprised to find the firm has been given a retailing accolade. Well deserved from my experience.”

“Product delivered within two days as promised. Arrived in sound condition. I ordered on-line on a Saturday but through my own incompetence actually set a process in action that would have delivered two items. I only discovered this on the Sunday so speedily sent off explanatory e-mails - expecting no action until Monday. To my surprise and pleasure I received responses within a matter of minutes and the problem was resolved. I shall have no hesitation in using this firm again and recommend it strongly.”
