“The advice & service I received from DS Music was first class, however the Gretsch G9470 supplied was not without build quality problems & was returned for a complete refund.”

“really excellent customer service - DS music spent a lot of time helping me with technical questions, clarifying things that I didn't understand and making sure I had the right product for what I wanted - even suggesting other company's products since they didn't have anything suitable at DS Music. Would definitely recommend to a friend!”
