“Purchase upset. Very little information about boots in the store. Leather hard, the sole is stitched through. In wet weather not to put the running.”

“I’m not usually a navy fan but having bought the red ones and loving them I decided to have them they are just as comfortable. Like the red pair I wasn’t sure if they would fit as it’s says for narrow ankles which I don’t have but they do Love both pairs”

However it’s great you have managed to secure your sizing as stock can get very fragmented during these periods, I can appreciate your disappointment after receiving your boots. “The service was great as usual but I feel the quality of the leathers used now is not as good as it was when I bought my previous pairs from you. The leather is quite stiff & hard which used not to be the case.”

“Second pair of boots I've bought in the same range and need to get them resoled. Didn't have this problem with my other boots from duo and I've bought quiet a few. Please can you look into this as its not cheap putting new soles on new boots, I had to resole the brown pair too but duo covered that cost. Thanks”

“Fantastic service, amazing pair of boots just what I wanted a pair of boots that fit perfect 👌🏼 the fact that you measure and order your shoe size and calf size makes all the difference in getting the perfect fit. I have purchased 2 pairs plus an extra for my mother A star ⭐️”
