“Lovely boots but really disappointed they were reduced by a further £20 straight after I’d received them. This changed me from being a satisfied customer to dissatisfied.”

However it’s great you have managed to secure your sizing as stock can get very fragmented during these periods, I can appreciate your disappointment after receiving your boots.
