“Order was shipped promptly and arrived 48 hours before the UK order for crystals. Well impressed and I. Hope this customer service is maintained in times when that is not always the case. Only reason bought other crystals from UK was that Duty Free was out of stock or would have bought all pieces from them.”

“Lovely products at a slightly cheaper price than mainland UK, incredible service and speedy delivery. Products are well packed and were delivered with gift bags for each product. I have used Duty Free Crystal for a few years now and will continue to do so. I would definitely recommend them.”
