I have had lots of items from duty free over the last 8 years and there services has always been exceptional. Unfortunately I have this year been charge the wrong amount and after emailing them twice I still have not received a refund so now left an unhappy customer. May be this review will be met with some redress

Hi On closer inspection you were not charged the wrong amount, you simply did not put in the discount code. We cannot be held responsible for a customer's inability to enter a discount code. Disappointing that a customer feels the need to write this, but there you go. Obviously free delivery, tax free purchase and tax prepaid is not enough........

0 stars if there was an option. Very poor customer service. Item came damaged and no one would replace or refund the item.

Very strange, as the customer initially said she didn't like the item and wanted to change it. When this was not possible the item suddenly became broken. Free delivery. Tax prepaid and still not good enough. There is no pleasing some people

Sadly this was purchased as a Christmas present but didn't arrive in time for Christmas so I am not happy.

I placed the order, and whilst the delivery is nothing to do with yourself, what should have been a Christmas present, is now not going to turn up as Royal Mail haven’t delivered to me.

Total lack of communication. Tracking number issued worse than useless. When package eventually arrived badly damaged. Would not recommend.

Many thanks for the review Item purchased 10th December, dispatched 12th December. Tracking reference supplied with dispatch notification. The customer also benefited from free UK carriage, we pre paid the VAT and also gave a 10% discount. Postal strikes and weather delays but the goods still managed to arrive within 7 working days. Without hand delivering it ourselves what more could we have a done. There is no pleasing some people.

Hi, thanks for the review. The discount code didn't work as the item you purchased "did not " feature in the Black Friday collection. Perhaps you should have checked this before publishing a one star review best regard DFC

Accidentally ordered the wrong colour of necklace, because it was a sale item there is no refund or exchange policy. I called and offered to pay extra for colour I originally wanted, was told under no circumstances could they do this. Shocking way to treat any customer. Managers manner was awful. Please satay away from this shopping experience

Have purchased every year from this company and have always been more than happy. Sadly, on this occasion their customer service was appalling and truly let them down. It wasn't the outcome of the transaction that was the issue. It was the blunt , rude and unprofessional attitude from one of their staff that terribly let down an otherwise usually helpful and brilliant business ! Would not use Duty Free Crystal again .

With regret we cannot be held responsible for a customers inability to purchase the correct item; and read and fully understand our T&C's. Only when our returns policy was provided (and not agreed with) a poor review was given.
