“Received but chain is different to what’s advertised!”

“Over the years I have received excellent service and have always had a good relationship with the team. I recently made a purchase on the 30th December 2022 of the swarovski ostrich only to find it being discounted by 15% in January. Despite several online chat messages asking for clarity as to being considered for a refund of the difference, I have had no response which has been most disappointing. Having spent a substantial amount of money over the years with Duty free crystal I am saddened it is closing .”

“Duty Free Crystal are great, good prices, good service but this year's Swarovski snowflake came in a horrible green box, not the usual blue triangle so now I'm worried I bought the wrong thing!”

On the contrary. Once the return was received a refund was actioned within 24 hours. Pretty good after sales if you ask me.

“Delivery arrived packaging box completely crushed and damage to inside box however the box containing the crystal itself was undamaged along with the crystal itself. The crystal as usual perfect to go along with others we've collected over the years .Thank you”

“The items I ordered arrived quickly - in just 3 or 4 days - and were exactly what I ordered. The only reason I'm not awarding 5 stars is because, after my purchase, there was no correspondence at all from Duty Free Crystal until the items were actually delivered, so I began to wonder if this was a scam. (Seems it isn't :) thank goodness.)”

“Package arrived safely after a very long delay. Most places only take the money after despatch but on this occasion they took the money at order point. I had to wait nearly 2 months for item to arrive. However I still recommend this shop”

Many thanks for the review We do list items on the website as "pre orders" in our T&C's so customers are aware of the process. Pre Order: Payment is captured immediately on all pre orders. Orders will then be dispatched and a postal reference supplied once the item is ready for dispatch. Launch dates for new products are subject to change.
