“I am very happy with my purchase and with fast delivery. I particularly appreciated it finding a Swarovski gift bag and original receipt inside my parcel. The only suggestion I could give you is to select a more reliable delivery service. From your tracking number I couldn't follow my parcel at all, so I had no idea of when to expect it and I was trying very hard to be home for my delivery since recently some mail has been stolen from our building. I later noticed (from Royal Mail website), that someone have signed for my delivery but it definitely wasn't me and we don't have concierge here so that is a mystery, (unless the delivery guy himself signed to make his job easier). So I was concern my mail would be stolen again. Beside that, I was very happy.”

“Good efficient service and the cost was reasonable, however, very disappointed with the presentation box for jewellery set and the fact that the earrings were loose inside box just attached to another piece of cardboard. Considering the cost of the whole set and the fact it is a gift for an 18th birthday gift it could be have been presented much better than what it was.”

“I've just received my order and can say I'm very happy with ordering, payment method and packaging. Items just as described and well packed. Tracking system doesn't work as I checked it just before delivery and no tracking was available.”
