Thought I was getting a bargain with 15%off. Not so! Very misleading advertising. Item fine but was only purchased because of the discounted price.

We have always bought our swarovski crystal from DF, but when we asked them for a deal for 3pieces they offered 5%, then the next day they were offering 10%. Emailed to complain, and received no reply. There are other people who are that do discount swarovski, which we may look now at. Disappointing attitude to customers, so why the hell are you asking for my feedback!

Many thanks for the review We are disappointed to receive only a three star review considering we pre paid the VAT, offered free UK carriage and discounted the items by 5%, making it a gross 25% saving over Swarovski online and the UK high street. Best regards

the ornament was way to small, would have prefered to pay a bit more and got it a bit bigger

Good day ! As for the product, everything is very beautiful. I am not satisfied with the communication, because when buying a necklace, they did not send me a certificate with a check, and my question remained unanswered.

Service and delivery was great as normal, but not impressed that it's since been added to the additional 20% off, as it was ordered for next Christmas...

I have bought from Duty Free Crystal for many years and was sad to see that the item I wanted this year had been sold out. I then registered to be kept informed if it would again become available. I was quite surprised to notice that when the item became available again on the site I did not receive the promised message about its availability..

I guess Hogwarts was closed. I ordered my Hedgwig on 4th July. It arrived last week of November. Maybe he flew via every witchcraft and wizardry school in the country? I love him and he's having a well-earned rest now.

Placed an order for 2 items when they were showing as In Stock, they then changed to Out Of Stock and Pre-Order (strange as they showed as In Stock when ordered). Then received an email to say the itemS had been sent but only 1 arrived. I emailed to see what was happening and was told the other item is a pre-order and is being released this month. If this is the case it would be nice if details on the website and dispatch emails are clearer, especially as the invoice included in the delivery for the first item said it was for both; maybe have a line "first shipment of two", but please dont say an item has been sent when it hsnt

Pre-ordered the child figurine in October 2020. At the time, it was due to be released in November, but due to Covid, this got pushed back. At first it was just a couple months. Finally arrived a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, we were given absolutely no information about what was happening. The only reason I knew the release was delayed was because I kept. Omi g back to the product page to see what was happening. I also contacted them via chat a few times, only to be told that they did not know what was happening as they were not getting any information from Swarovski. When I contacted Swarovski directly about the release of the figurine, I had a response within 12 hours telling me when they were due to release it, and the number of pieces that would be available. Not sure how I was able to get that Information, but Duty free were not. It was a week or two after my last chat asking if they had any idea when they would be sent out (they did not) that I received a confirmation of dispatch of my item. It arrived a couple days later. The item itself is lovely

Repeatedly informed customers of the delay via social media and newsletters. Any product that did arrive in store was dispatched on a chronological basis (and we honoured the 2020 price).

I was a bit disappointed with how the crystal was packed they use to come in their box inside a box with lots of packaging but this crystal was only in its box inside a jiffy bag and the package wasn’t very well sealed .

I buy the majority of my Swarovski from Cut free crystal. It is cheaper normally than other suppliers and their service is outstanding.

Good seller. The product was received within a few days. The pearl swarovski crystal quality is average. Nothing special. Lacking in sparkle for the particular item bought around 50 or 60 quid. I will not be recommending the pearl necklace from swarovski.

Fantastic pricing, availability etc. ... usual bad packaging though, which is why we can only buy limited items from you now. You still insist on putting the items against the sides and in corners of your shipping box outers, and then padding them out. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS! When the box is dropped in transit, any item packed against them gets damaged. LEAVE A SPACE ALL ROUND AND PACK STUFF IN THE MIDDLE OF BOXES PLEASE! This parcel survived by pure fluke, you packed this in the one corner that survived this time, ALL the rest were bashed up.

Item ordered 9th December, delivered 22nd December. Postal delay due to reduced postal service in Guernsey and across the UK RM network resulting from Covid related issues
