“I ordered a French Bulldog crystal for my nieces 21st birthday as she loves them, however I received a pug instead. A wee bit disappointed but the pug was equally cute. I left it too late to contact for exchange so had no alternative but to go with the pug. Thankfully it was gratefully received so no real harm done. I imagine someone out there ordered a pug and got my French Bulldog.”

“The Swarovski pens were beautiful and arrived in good time. However, I ordered 3 to give as gifts. I was only supplied with one Swarovski branded gift bag, which was no good because each pen was an individual gift. In addition the bag didn't fit the pen shape anyway. I contacted Duty Free Crystal but they didn't deem it important enough to reply.”

“Item was good a little smaller than originally thought. One problem was the way it was packed as it came all tangled up with took a lot of effort to untangle therefore taken away time, effort and romance as a present.”

“ordered the item in November and it was not delivered until January... I had to keep pushing for a delivery date and only in january when i asked for a full refund did it get sent to me. First time i have had an issue with them but I would say keep on top of your orders.”

“I am happy with the earrings. However this was a Xmas present purchased in November and I didn't receive it until mid January. I wasn't informed when purchasing the item that it was out of stock I had to contact the company to find out what had happened at that point had no time left to purchase them elsewhere. So really disappointed at the customer service received. Not even a offer of a discount for the delay. So would I buy again if I wasn't in a hurry for the item yes. If I was no.”
