“Great product, great price and speedy delivery. I have only given four stars as I wish that they would package their items for shipment in boxes. I ordered a pair of Swarovski earring but the box and gift bag arrived very squashed as it had been sent in an envelope. Thankfully they were for me but if they were to be gifted I would have been disappointed.”

“The service I received was very quick and efficient. The item was delivered the next day using the special delivery service. Purchasing through Duty Free Crystal you save a reasonable amount of money as they are based in Guernsey. I did notice that a lot of the items I was considering were out of stock (hence the 4 stars) but I did manage to get a suitable item in the end.”

“Fast delivery with a nice handwriting message. The product was good quality but the security sticker on the box was peeled off, so I guess it was a returned product and it was the last stock. I'm glad it wasn't a gift. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.”

“Loved my purchase so ordered 2 more for Christmas gifts. Only slight gripe was the gift bag was creased as it was squashed to fit the small square packing box. Would really have appreciated being able to use the gift bag but can’t now”

“Always deliver very quickly after ordering but I do ask for an email to advise when certain items come back in stock but do not ever receive these. I would give 5 stars otherwise”

“Items arrived safely, well packed and included gift bag. Unfortunately package was initially sent to wrong airport so didn't arrive as promptly as others I've ordered. Having said that this was just hiccup, and I'm very pleased with overall service and would order again.”
