“I have been extremely pleased with the excellent service and speed of delivery of numerous pieces during the years I have been ordering from Duty Free Crystal, but have recently been disappointed that after ordering and paying in full for a pre-order Christmas piece in July I have now been advised that it may not be available.”

“Duty free crystal has a wide range of items at a cheaper price than most other places. Shipping is quick, items wrapped perfectly to avoid any damage in transit. My item came with a gift bag which is extremely handy. Only reason for 4 stars is that there I received no update if item was dispatched and no means of following delivery.”

“I am happy with some of my purchases from duty free crystal but I’m disappointed that I’ve not had any word from the company about a query I had regarding how to return an item I had bought by mistake I phoned & sent email have not had a reply for this reason I will not be using this company again”

“The 2019 Star arrived in perfect condition and very quickly. I was disappointed in the star, it is very plain with few eye catching facets to shine in the sun. I have twenty star/snowflakes and had to collect this one too. It is definitely the most lack-lustre of the set.”

“I am very happy to be able to purchase items duty free but am not happy that nowhere on the website does it ask for S.C.S membership number. I queried this with yourselves and was told that I could give it to you but my items had already been shipped which means that anybody can purchase items Baby Pico and Grandma Penguin without being an S.C.S. Member, I have paid membership for 3 years and I am wondering why I bothered with the extra expense ! I look forward to your reply Regards,Rosemary”

“The delivery was fast and the bracelet is lovely! My sister really loves it. My only criticism is that the box it has been sent was bit damaged so couldn’t leave it in, also the gift bag they sent was too small if I wanted to put the bracelet in with the box.”

“Very pleased with my order once it arrived. I would have given 5 stars but was unable to track my order. Other reviews and down friends made me nervous so would have liked to be able to track it. I was only given one gift bag with the order . I had purchased 4 boxes and expected 4 bags. The order took about 5 days to arrive I think. The owner sent a personal email which was a nice touch.”

“Always answer messages and goods received promptly. I was upset though that just 2 weeks after having spent a large amount of money that a further 10% was offered on what I purchased. Bad luck on my part hmmmmm?”
