incorrect tracking number delivery longer than usual

Still not received the item and when I asked for an estimated timescale was only given the standard 3-5 working days. Well we are currently on day 6 and tracking is still not available on Royal Mail site.

Order placed Friday 1st at 6 pm (as we have no outward post over a weekend which is clearly stated on our homepage). Dispatched Monday 4th - delivered Friday 9th May. Well within the 3/5 working days as advertised. Not bad considering skeleton staff and a reduced postal network

Where is my parcel paid for 48hr Royal Mail you dispatches last week and still not here and in-traceable on Royal Mail web site, tried calling no answer. Please advise

Thanks for your patience, the item was received and signed for on 14th April despite the long Easter bank holiday and the reduced UK postal network system. Hope you like the necklace

Have always been great, fast delivery and well presented, but only if you don't have any problems. Wasn't happy with purchase but they wouldn't accept a return as it was a sale item.

A per our T&C'S. Duty Free Crystal are happy to refund or exchange any purchases from its website, www.dutyfreecrystal.co.uk, however this policy does not apply to the following goods which are exempt once they have been received by the customer. Sale items

Not impressed, since you ask. Ordered an in stock item on 15/12, in response to an "order in time for Christmas" email, but item not despatched until 21/12 and so has not yet arrived. A bit of an own goal - soliciting for Christmas business when you are unable to process the order quickly enough to have a reasonable prospect of pre-Christmas delivery.

Item listed as pre order and not an in stock item as described - fulfilled 21st December (as we have no outward postal service over weekend the item left Guernsey on the 23rd) as clearly listed on our website

I ordered an item about 12-13 days ago and still have not received my item. I understand at this time of year that it is very busy but this has now gone on too long. I have sent a message which I can see has been read and was read immediately after I sent it, yet no one has responded. I need this item as a 70th birthday present. The tracking number will not work and therefore I have no idea where my item is and no one Is offering any help. I’m very disappointed in this website and will not be using again and it is not reliable.

I ordered a present for a 21st birthday party on early in Thursday morning. I paid an extra £9.99 for 48 hr delivery. I received the item on Tuesday, 5 days after I ordered. I sent emails asking for a refund for my £9.99 and was ignored. The item was delivered and the box was tatty and torn.

Delivery was 3 weeks late. Communication with customer service on updates proved very difficult, and completely the wrong attitude when dealing with a first time customer. Rude and unacceptable, will not be shopping here again.

I've been waiting 13 days now to receive my items. Delivery states 3/4 days tops. Limited feedback from the company, told to wait and be patient. Item is clearly lost, no one accepting responsibility. No compensation, no refund.

I’m not very happy with my product and duty-free crystal clearly couldn’t have checked it properly first As it’s clearly not symmetrical

Haven't received my parcel yet and it's been 13 days. Their website states it should be 3/4 business days. No compensation recieved, no refund, no responsibility taken for this.

Bought this as a gift it was broken when I received it had to phone them the call cost £9 then £15 on petrol to take it too a Swarovski shop which was 30 miles away from me email Duty free but nothing I would have had too pay for return then they give me return back which probably would have took 14 -21 days also I wouldn't buy again, although the Swarovski shop wasn’t happy about replacing it as it wasn’t bought in UK so beware they replace it by a goodwill gesture at it was a present for my daughters birthday
