Wouldn't recommend them at all - maybe I have had a bad experience but no one replies to emails. The phone is rarely answered (they don't call you back if you leave a message) and if you are lucky to get through, they aren't very helpful. Would never use them again.

Awful, they sent one item missing with the excuse that felt from the small envelope, and second time they sent the same item, i have to admit they put a gift in the second parcel but not being able to deliver one order for 2 times! also now i need to waist my time and my money to return them the wrong item sent twice DO NOT BUY, you wont save any tax as you will waist time and money correcting their mistakes

Have not received my parcel as yet even though it was purchased on 24th. Was given a Tracking number to track my parcel only to find out it is actually not a tracking but a delivery advise on when the parcel will be delivered- whatbise is that?

Our website clearly states there is no outward delivery service over a weekend , and due to the bank holiday the item was dispatched the following Tuesday, and delivered as per our 3/4 working day promise

No response for multiple days now. I was asking to return my item and I was told it's not possible due to their policies that you can't even reach from their mobile website when buying! Awful approach to costumers!

Our website clearly states jewellery sets are non exchangeable and non refundable unless faulty

The case advertised as new with an open box was instead a used case with multiple scuffs and the box clearly stating on it (sticker) “Returned” on it. Dishonest advertisement of the product. Delivery as promised. Will never use again.

Placed an order which was accepted and confirmation oemail received. Then received email saying order cancelled at my request. Not true!!! Later found they cancelled as they had made pricing error. Did not respond to me on this matter. Not good business practice.

Absolute disgraceful! Confirm orders then lie saying They are delayed when they know that they have taken YOUR money and can’t deliver ! I would never ever use then again.LIARS!

Paula is rude. They your money and sit on the order then 2 weeks later explain item is out of stock. They avoid phones calls and instead hide behind an email to avoid confrontation.

The bar that fits through the ear is so floppy that I could not fasten the earrings and had to get my husband to clip it together. Most disappointed

The doctorfish had a fault so i requested a refund from then on i had nothing but problems with them.they even said after it was returned that they found no fault as if i was lying. So all in all it was a bad experience.

Duty Free offer branded products at good prices and most people will be happy using them. However should something go wrong then they are a nightmare to deal with. Royal Mail failed to deliver my item, Duty Free's final response was "our obligation has been honoured. The grievance will now lay with Royal Mail, and not ourselves." But as Duty Free has the contract with the carrier only they can claim compensation, not the buyer. Also the Consumer Rights Act 2015 clearly states that the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into the physical possession of the consumer. However since Duty Free are based in Guernsey and they state in their T&C's that all sales are subject to Guernsey law I am unsure as to whether this law has been enacted there or what consumer protection is even offered. So if you wish to take the risk of dealing with Duty Free I would strongly advise using either a Credit Card (if over £100) so if something goes wrong you can get a refund from them instead or alternatively Paypal who reimburse you if your order does not arrive or match the description. Fortunately I had used Paypal and received a full refund. So buyer beware.

I purchased the 2016 Christmas bauble from Duty Free Crystal as a gift. The bauble was faulty and smashed. Customer service awful. No responce to my emails? Disgraceful!!

On the contrary, all emails were responded in good time. It transpires the item arrived in perfect condition, and only when the customer took it from the box it smashed!!

Terrible customer service, received smashed item, owner had her daughter give me abuse and accuse me of damaging item myself, wanted me to post items back at my expense and wait for them to refund me, have opened a dispute with my credit card who are going to get funds back for me luckily. Be careful what you order as they don't like to return items

We have suggested the customer returns the items to us and upon receipt replacements and carriage reimbursement actioned. We cannot assist further until these good are recieved our end

After numerous emails and phone call messages left still no response. Package arrived and item box ripped. Can only have happened when it was packed by the company very disappointed.
