“I am very disappointed by the service ( or the lack thereof) offered by Duty Free Crystals. Duty Free Crystals have sent me an empty box instead of a figurine worth £207.20 and upon drawing their attention to it, they washed their hands of all responsibilities.”

“Item that arrived was not the same item I ordered, completely different design, have tried contacting dutyfreecrystal to get an exchange/refund but no response on both occasions. Thankfully I paid via PayPal as I have had to raise a dispute. First time ordering through dutyfreecrystal so must say I am rather disappointed.”

“My address was written incorrectly on the package and wasn’t delivered to my address. I was very disappointed by this lack of attention to detail and it took me 24 hours to track it down once it had returned to the sorting office”

“I ordered the bb8 on the black friday promotion, emailed, and told was not in stock,have some more in a few weeks,phoned up and told when they get the bb8 in i cannot have the item for the black friday promotion price so so i told the lady i would cancel the order as i thought they should honour the black friday price,some weeks later the bb8 arrived at my door, where was the customer service,i had no emails to say they would let me have it for the black friday price but in the end they did but without any contact.”

“Recieved an incorrect item and have been messaging for almost a week about getting an exchange or refund and have receieved absolutely no response. Was supposed to be a present for christmas and will now not be able to be given due to being the wrong item.”
