“Extremely good service with the product here very quickly. The wrapping too was excellent, with a great deal of care to ensure there was no damage done in transit. The box used was very strong too. We are very impressed and have recommended Duty Free Crystal to friends and family”

“Placed an order for 2 items when they were showing as In Stock, they then changed to Out Of Stock and Pre-Order (strange as they showed as In Stock when ordered). Then received an email to say the itemS had been sent but only 1 arrived. I emailed to see what was happening and was told the other item is a pre-order and is being released this month. If this is the case it would be nice if details on the website and dispatch emails are clearer, especially as the invoice included in the delivery for the first item said it was for both; maybe have a line "first shipment of two", but please dont say an item has been sent when it hsnt”
