“Ordered the earrings but on the 7th December received an mail from Matt to say that they were out of stock and would not be available until 10/14 days. I emailed back to say i was disappointed and that i really wanted them for a present before the 18th December. However on the 17th the ordered arrived and i was so happy. A great customer service, excellent quality product and another very happy customer.”

“Great company to buy Swarovski ornaments from. I have bought quite a few pieces from them in the past and all have arrived intact. Unfortunately the last piece I ordered at sale price arrived broken. I had the option to get a full refund if I sent it back but it was no longer being stocked so I wouldn’t have been able to get a new one. They then offered me 10% back.”
