“Not impressed, since you ask. Ordered an in stock item on 15/12, in response to an "order in time for Christmas" email, but item not despatched until 21/12 and so has not yet arrived. A bit of an own goal - soliciting for Christmas business when you are unable to process the order quickly enough to have a reasonable prospect of pre-Christmas delivery.”

Item listed as pre order and not an in stock item as described - fulfilled 21st December (as we have no outward postal service over weekend the item left Guernsey on the 23rd) as clearly listed on our website

“Ordering the Xmas angel was easy and delivery was fast however the item was damaged in transit and I had to return it to a Swarovski shop which was not convenient given the time of year. The angel was in the standard blue box but only had paper filling between that and the outer box which I felt was inadequate and therefore not surprised the item was damaged hence the 3 stars .”

“Don't expect in stock items to actually be in stock, or at least not for the price you were offered. Expect to be asked again, later, if you want delivery to be made ... after already making the order. Expect your complimentary free gift to consist of 100% fresh air. Apart from that, brilliant!”
