“Ordered a necklace and earrings. Unfortunately earrings weren't in the original package as intimated however after contacting the seller they got the earrings to me the following day just in time for Mothers Day. Also included a small gift FOC as well. Excellent Customer Service and will definitely use again”

“Love Duty Free Crystal but this time packaging wasn’t up to standard. The tape wasn’t fixed properly and almost open. I’m sure it won’t happen again. It’s never happened before and I’ve had lots from them.”

“Firstly it was the Two Puffins I'm reviewing. Not sure where the Rocking Elf came from. DFC were fast, easy to purchase from & knocked the spots off any nearest price from competitors. The crystal came well packaged (except it had on the outside that the item was a crystal figurine - Big No, No when it is being bought as a surprise birthday present so please take that on board DFC) and my wife was delighted with it.”

Many thanks for the kind review. In order to satisfy HMRC and UK border controls (as we ship from on offshore jurisdiction) , we have to by law state what the item is on the package ie, crystal figurine, jewellery etc.... Apologies that this ruined the surprise. Best regards

“I've purchased products from Duty Free Crystal for some time. The service is always extremely efficient and any queries are dealt with promptly. Unfortunately the item I ordered arrived today and was broken. I'd sent an email straight away and had a telephone call from Matt letting me know that unfortunately due to the current situation they were closing for two weeks, but they would arrange for a replacement as soon as things were back to normal if I would be able to wait. I appreciated the call to acknowledge my contact and to let me know what was happening.”
