Ordered an item and was given the option of 2 day express delivery at more than double the cost. Selected that but the item still arrived 5 days later ! No response to emails, no telephone service. Rubbish !

Their customer service/after sales is diabolical, the staff are clueless! It states on the website UK based but any warranty repairs are sent to Germany.
