“The firm have used the E-days system for just over a year - the system is in one word 'fantastic'. A good investment for the firm and in particular in managing absence - the system allows to manage absence in an efficient manner utilising the 'bradford' factor. The Bradford Factor is a scoring system used to measure unplanned absence at work. HR teams can use an employee's Bradford sickness score to flag when their time off has become a cause for concern, and react appropriately. The formula is designed to highlight frequent instances of short-term sickness absence e.g. Mondays & Fridays, allowing HR teams to investigate the validity and take action accordingly. Every firm should invest !”

“I have been using e days now for around 5 years to keep 100 staff holiday records/sickness upto date. It's a great system so easy to use and monitor, i also love the fact that edays are always on hand to answer any help questions or queries i may have. Couldn't recommend this system more it has changed the way the company tracks holidays and keeps track of return to work forms.”
