“Very quick next day delivery. No hassle and easy conversation with agent. Not sure but on my confirmation email mentioned a refurbished phone. It does not look used but this was not explained if it is the case. Hope this will not affect any problems I may have with the phone.”

“I purchased a Nokia 530 Colour Green on Talkmobile pay monthly contract . the cost is £7.50 per month For. + 250 mins + 5000 texts + 500MB data + Save £180 Cashback by redemption The service I have received has been excellent , fast delivery, phone looks great and I would recommend the Cashback by redemption I have used this many times and always get all my Cashback it is really easy to do, all you have to be is organized and e2save make this very easy as they have all your dates listed for cashback on your account plus you get 60 days to Claim , I love it , fantastic service Cheers”

“I WAS PHONED BY YOUR OPERATIVE ON A SATURDAY LEADING ME TO BELIEVE THEY WERE FROM ORANGE THIS I FIND IS NOT TRUE AND YOU ARE CARPHONE WAREHOUSE.AT NO POINT DID YOUR OPERASTIVE SAY I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 4 DAYS UNTI THE SIM WOULD BE ACTIVATED AND TO CAP IT ALL YOU DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I GAVE YOUR OPERATIVE MY SISTERS ADDRESS BUT YOU DELIVERED TO MY HOME. SOMEONE PUT THEIR DAY ON HOLD FOR NOTHING REALLY. NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING YOU TO ANYONE AND IN FUTURE I WILL MAKE SURE WHO IAM TALKING TO! AT THE END OF THIS CONTRACT I WILL NOT BE RENEWING WITH YOU. LETS HOPE THE SERVICE IMPROVES!”

“ordering on line no problem but parcel due date not meet. waited all day till 6pm and no text or anything when I checked on line to track said there was a problem and it is back were it was? no further information or delivery day or time? still waiting not impressed.”

“I was upset to hear that I had been refused my phone and that there was a problem with my credit check. But then a very helpful person phoned about my phone and said there had been a mistake and sorted everything out. 5 stars to her for sorting it out, and for the phone and the rest of the service.”

“5 days after agreeing contract with E2 save- I have no phone service, my prior phone has been disconnected but details of my contract have no been sent to EE and so new phone not activated. I am very disappointed with this service.”
