“Hi im not sure about how I do this?.. But it has been a bit of a mix up, My phone arrived a day late.. So it was delivered by DPD Logistics, very good manners.. So I wasn't too well for a few daysand was in bed for 3 days,, when I was well I got a txt msg from you saying that I had to put my sim card in that day or it would be stopped?..Anyway I put it in and waited for anything to happen but it just still said no service.. I eventually got a guy called Tom on my laptop and he said that it would be on that night between 5\6pm.. But it came on around 11pm that night.. But I am happy now .. Thank You for any help given... Gerald Smith”

“I received my order the following day 21st October. I am still waiting for my gift wich has yet to arrive it is now 31st october. For the second time now I have told that I must wait 72 working hours for it to arrive which will be next tuesday (4th november). By then my 14 days grace will of elapsed therefore I will not be able to cancel my contract. Ive already received my bill for my new tariff. Which comes out on the 10th november. If I dont receive my promised gift before or on (4th) tuesday, I will be contacting trading standards.”

“Website was difficult to navigate, options to find best offers were limited and not appropriate. Due to connection issues I was advised to go to a Carphone Warehouse store to arrange a return, however they were totally unable to help and the sales assistant spent most of his time bad-mouthing e2save despite the two businesses effectively being the same company. Very difficult to contact with poor communication options.”
