“I ordered my phone for priority delivery by 1000am but did not receive the package until 1130hrs. I paid the extra for delivery as I had an important appointment which I then had to cancel.”

“Online purchase so all pretty normal, however the courier used sent someone who rang the bell for far too long, which annoyed me before opening the door and then he didn't listen when he asked my name and I had to repeat myself so the arrival of my new phone was ruined by bad customer service from the courier.”

“Dont even bother with this company. They talked me into taking a plan out with them. When I received the phone there was no sim card in it. I have tried for three days to get hold of them but with no luck! I now have a phone I cant use, nor can I send it back because I dont have the full contents of the phone to send back.. they prob wouldnt except it without the sim card..”
