Phone receivved on time BUT cannot get Vodafone email address to get some answers from them Can you help?

I was a tad nervous after i had placed my order then read some of the review of people not recieving orders etc. I was even more nervous when a day later my order hadnt been progressed and i was expecting to see my shiney new Note 4 the following day. However when i checked on the order when i got home from work it had been fully processed and dispatched within the space of 30 mins. My phone arrived bright and early as expected with no issues what so ever. I havent had to deal with the customer service so i cant comment on what the email or phone support is like. But if you have ordered online and have been checking the order all day, dont worry it will get out the door!

I orderd a new contract through e2 that included a free gift . The phone arrived but no gift .it then says that the gift will be dispatched upto 7 working days after.although in the ordering process is doesn't say this . I decided to ring them but no where on the receipt from them is a customer services number.it just says to use the internet

I have rated my experience with e2save "very poor". This is because with my purchase of the Nokia Lumia 530, I have seen a very small crack in the glass, which is located on the right side of the phone. There is also a small line that goes vertically down the screen. I find this unacceptable for I have ordered a product from e2save and expect the product to be in pristine condition. I would like to have another copy of a Nokia Lumia 530 since the one that I have earned has not met with my standards. Poor and disappointed in your business ordered phone with xbox1 deal phone arrived however some 10 days later haven't heard from anybody with regards to when I'm getting it I've spoken to a lady tday from your company who assured me she was contacting who was supplying xbox and assured me she'd call back tday and again no correspondence back or email nothing so I'm going to cancel the order and sending phone back as only took it as with xbox deal would rather have had that really disappointed bout this regards mrs Reid I would appreciate an address to which I can return phone

Absolutly disgracfull. First of all i had a cold call from shannon bad reception on my old phone so did not realize it was e2save and not o2 as i always upgrade with. I was missold my phone as on your web page i could have gotten a much better deal with cashback plus 3 months insurance.When i phoned backto ask to change my phone i was told the other choices were not avalable plus no offers. When phone came i broke the screen just by using my fingernail to remove the back. I phoned up to get help was given no help at all just told to go to carphone warehouseshop. went there and they did not understand why i was told to go there After reading many reviews clearly something has to be done. I will never use you again i am paying £18 per month for a phone i cant use RUBBISH SERVICE

Fantastic company, got my phone and free gift (Xbox 1) the next day after ordering, not like some other companies where you have to wait 14 days for the gift. Very pleased!

So far so good. I ordered the phone in the afternoon chose a delivery time and it arrived at the chosen time the next day. I got my new Nokia Lumia and was pleasantly surprised with it and I am now getting to grips with it. It has nice features like xbox hourglass so I can control my xbox with it aswell.

Made online order. Supplied contact details including email and alternate phone contact numbers. There was an issue with the delivery address which was not apparent until I looked to see why the estimated delivery date had not been met. I sent two messages to their ContactUS mail box and had no response to either. I finally found a number I could call directly fortheir customer services and was told that the delivery addresswas invalid. I was then put through to the Customer Services who arranged for the phone to be delivered on the Monday i.e the next available delivery date. The person was helpful but offfered no explanation or apologiy for their company not getting in touch with me to resolve the delivery address issue which they were completely aware of. Disgustingly poor service. Basically they had my money and didn't want to expend energy or resources upon someone who was not going to show any profit above what they already had. If I had not managed to get ion touch with them how long would I have waited for a response to their ContactUS messages or to resolve an issue of whic they were very much aware and obviously wasn't a priority for them. Following my conact by phone I received a response to the ContactUS messages that afternoon along with confirmation that my earlier phone call had resolvedthe issue and the phone was scheduled for delivery. Very convenient. Reviews online before I went ahead withthe deal said their customer service was poor. I'd back that up from my experince. Also the initail Help desk person I spoke to was rude and off hand or just ignorant of how to speak to customers. I hope the call was recorded b=perhapos they can benefit from it in their training which they can do whilst the are not resolving order status issues.
