“This is our 6th contract with e2save. It was for a windows phone for our grandaughter. It costs us only £7.50 a month for a generous contract. With cashback we get all the money back and pay £0.00 by the end of the term Providing we claim the cashback at the right time, which is quite straightforward. All sounds too good to be true, but hasn't let us down yet! Thanks, Irene”

“Price comparison site identified deal with E2save for IPhone 5s with 500 mins talk time, 500MB data and UNLIMITED texts for £18.00 per month - just right for the wife when her old phone gave up and she was previously spending over £30.00 per month with Tesco pay as you go! Ordered on Sunday, arrived the next day (DPD DELIVERY - GREAT SERVICE) - got exactly what I wanted at a great price, will defiantly use again”

“When I ordered this product it was for 250mins, 5,000 text & 500mb of data. After putting the sim card in it says I have only 100 mins, 5,000 text & 250mb of data. Can you explain this?”

“I am as pleased as punch with the phone, being a smaller screen the general reviews out there suggest its not as good as others but I have found it as well featured as my daughters iphone 4S. The plan itself is a gem too, easily managed and with a few pounds a month insurance I am covered well and truly for all mishaps.”

“Ordered My phone, it was delivered when they said it would be. Great tracking service and I was able to track my phone right up until it arrived at the door. Pleasant staff, easy and smooth transaction. The deal I got was amazing, I was a bit sceptical about why the deal was so good, I was thinking I might end up with some refurbished thing but NO.... I got a brand new sealed boxed phone. Just amazed really. I even get a signal from the provider (talktalk) in my dungeon (Bedroom) So I am really pleased. When I called up talktalk to port my number I was in a queuing system for less than 2 mins and within 24 hours my number had ported to my new phone. All in all a really positive experience with e2 save Thank you.”

“I was originally contacted by one of your agents, purporting to represent Orange, who offered me a cheaper contract and a free upgrade for my phone. On at least three occasions I asked for, and was given, reassurance that I would indeed be paying less per month before agreeing to proceed. When the phone was delivered, late on 4th November, I was surprised to discover that I was contracted to pay almost £40 per month for 24 months. This is quite outrageous mis-selling and, to add insult to injury, I have had to pay £8.45 to return the product to you by special delivery! I look forward to hearing your explanation/comments, and also ask that you reimburse me the postal charges (£8.45). Thank you”

Any customer wanting to return would have to pay the postage cost however as the circumstances regarding your order are unusual we would need to investigate the sales call and if you were given the wrong information regarding your tariff we would be refunding the postage cost.
