“I am very disappointed with the after sales service I have had the phone over 24 hours and still no service on it, I would like to remind you that I need to keep my old phone number, I am still struggling with getting my contact details down loaded. I have been to car phone warehouse for help but they was unable to help me, and I can not understand why I have only got 6gb where my friends have 16gb please help thanks”

“Order placed at 6:50pm on the Tuesday evening, arrived just after 10:30am the following morning - can't beat that! They gave me a good deal as well (much better than my own provider of the time). Would definitely recommend.”

“I recently ordered a phone and PlayStation 4 from yourselves and am absolutely disgusted by the delivery side of the deal. I asked specifically if the delivery could be sent to my work address because the PlayStation 4 was a Xmas present for my boy. The phone was delivered yo my work address as requested but the PlayStation was delivered to my home address which is exactly what I didn't want to happen. The reason for this is so that my son didn't see it!!!!! He now has seen the ps4 and now knows what he's got for Xmas which has spoilt the surprise. I'm absolutely fuming about this and will never use your company ever again. I think it is so unprofessional to deliver something to a different address thatn stated and requested. I need to know what is going to be done about this as now I'm going to have to spend out on another present for my son which is something I wouldn't have had to do if you delivered it to the correct address. “i received the handset no probs. no sign of the free gift. i tried to phone after being on hold for 30mins i was then cut off. went to live chat waiting in the queue for 1hr and 30mins then disconnected. no customer services closed. not amused in the customers services!!”

“Apparently E2save mid-sold me a new contract instead of upgrading me from my existing One. (according to O2). However I was more than happy with the Carphone Warehouse boys for helping me back up my data to the new phone. The new phone is great, I cannot complain as it was a good deal .”

“After receiving a phone that I never wanted and had never been contacted to see if I wanted, I had a lot of difficultly trying to get through to somebody to send it back. One phone call I was on hold for over an hour and somebody held up on me, I then rang back on hold for another 45mins and got cut off because the office was shut. The following day I finally got through to someone who sorted this out for me and I will be claiming the money for phone calls back when Bill arrives!”

“Was told by customer service person that i would get a £180 cash back which i would receive automatically but since i received the mobile and have been given a bill i havent heard anything about cash back ?? Was not told i would have to wait not happy at all very upset with lack of care once you sign up there interest in you fades away.”

“Absolutely furious. These con artists posing as carphone warehouse agreed to a phone and a tariff and sold me a 16gb phone when I asked for a 64gb iPhone 6. Luckily calls are recorded!!!”

From the time I purchased it online to it being delivered I was updated every step of the way from when it left the warehouse to transit to when it was going to be delivered. Perfect service. “Have to wait 5 days to activate sim but am already on new tariff hence having to not log on to internet unless at home on wifi due to restricted data allowance. Waited over 30 minutes on hold this morning and still never got through!!! Overall very dissapointed and would not have proceeded if I had been told about the 5 day wait for sim activation.”
