“Quick delivery regular updates but no information on when direct debit will be taken and what name it will show up on statments as i had payment taken 2 days before phone arrived of £36.59 when i thourght it was only £33 don't no if it charge for delivery as no letter or email about this”

“Devastated. Johnathon said I was a valued customer. So I got a new phone, line rental at £13 a month and £230 cash back. The whole thing is a scam of which I believe trading standards have been breached. Sent me a phone that hasn't even got a camera and no technology, he knew too well what he was offering me as a valued customer. He said I would receive £230 cash back which sort of soften the blow. Then rang on Friday to say my monthly repayments/rental was £23.50 as the cash back equated too the extra £10.50. This is deliberate and deceptive and I want either what was originally set up or the order cancelling immediately.”

We offer cashback with many of our deals which brings down the effective monthly line rental cost. “the service was very good but qeue time was unbeliveably long. secondly the staff could be trained a bit more and better in terms of rresolving matters and explaining issues. Finally, transferring customers from one department to the other even though the customers choose the option through the answer machine system to filter through and making clear choice about why they rang e 2 save for... other thant that its good.”

“I thought I was getting a good deal, but when I looked further into other deals. This wasn't the case, so phone returned and contract canceled. Decided to go into car phone warehouse shop, and got a much better deal.”
