“Just had phone for few days. Upgraded from another lumia so similar to operate. Love the bigger screen and color makes it easy to find in bag. Light manageable and some brilliant features especially the "finger dragging text"? and extra emocions”

“Absolutely shocking. Sent me the wrong phone and to my address when I specifically said to the store and that i wanted the s5 mini bot the s5! I now have to wait another 7-10 days for a new phone as I got the wrong phone by a awful memeber of staff. Will be taking my buisness away from carphone warehouse in the future. Disgrace!”

“Still not had the iPhone i ordered called. E2 save twice now as they took my details down wrong on the phone and then when I went to collect the phone I wasn't able to as the system hadn't been updated I've spend more time on this than another contract swap I've ever done before shocking sort it out so I can get the phone from the shop! Tried to on both Saturday and Sunday as this is the only days off I get.”

“I find this service inadequate I have been waiting three weeks for my phone to arrive. The first package arrived without the phone inside, the package was ripped so I checked that everything was there, just as well I did as the phone was missing. So I refused delivery. I was told there had to be an investiagtion and I would have to wait untill it was finished before I could be issued with a new phone. Henece I am still waiting, was told the new phone would arrive Friday or Saturday. But still no phone I recieved an e-mail this morning telling me the same delivery service returned the package because the phone was missing.”

“I love my new Samsun Galaxy S5 mini. it's everything I need in a mobile phone & very easy to use. the Screen is slightly smaller than my old Galaxy S 3 but it's not noticeably so.”

“The phone got to me on time and I'm happy about that, just thought that it was unfair that I marked the 'send to neighbour' box and whoever knocked on my door instead. So I had to pay an extra of & £10 for no fault of mine.”
