“I was not happy that e2save was ringing me nearly every day to try to sell me something. When I finally did answer the phone (by mistake) it was a very rushed conversation & I wasn't clear which company I was talking to or what the deal involved. Admittedly it sounded like a better deal than I was currently on so I said yes to the offer. I was sent a. We SIM card the following day & my current SIm ws deactivated. This meant I was at work all day without a phone that worked. This made my job very difficult. It wasn't until I got home & opened my post that I realised what why my phone wouldn't work. Unfortunately I had been sent the wrong size SIM for my phone which meant I cod 't put the new one in to get my phone working. After endless phone calls (using my husband's phone) & being put on hold the situation was not resolved. The following day, again after several phone calls, being passed from person to person it was finally resolved through a phone call to Orange who activated my old SIm & said I should never have been sent a new SIM any way! Does anyone know what they doing?”

“Not overly impressed. I ordered through topcashback.co.uk, which offered £45 cash back. It tracked at £27. I know it's E2save's affiliate network, but E2save need to take some responsibility, we are (or were) their customers! Then there's E2Save's practices. I specified the delivery date, which was confirmed by email. Then it was changed by E2Save, then changed back by me. It did arrive though, on the specified date, and at the 1hr specified time, so credit to DPD, the delivery agent. Then I got my first bill from Orange. Charged from the date vI placed my order. With the odd extra billed for too. It took slightly less than an hour on the phone to Orange to sort out. Come on E2save, honour what we've signed up to, and don't tell the mobile companies what suits you best. Overall rating: could play fair and do much better.”

“I ordered a phone on a two year O2 contract and got told that they couldn't send it to me as they had run out and that they'd get back to me within 7 days. After 9 days of waiting, I got in touch with them and got told they'd had a system failure. Within this time I had to still use my old phone, which orange are now going to charge me for even though I only used it a week over the billing date. So thanks e2save, saved loads of money”
