Sales person contacted me to offer an upgrade. He said hes calling from Carphone Warehouse. I said I am interested to see what offers they have on Iphone 5c but just looking at options. He gave me the deal details, told me to try the phone and if I don't like it, send it back. I said I am not gonna make my mind up today and then: He unplugged me! And The phone arrived 5 days later. I had to spend hours going from o2 to carphone warehouse to e2save to finally be told that they will stop the contract once the phone is back and then it will take up to 5 working days. So now I cant get my sim only upgrade on time, which was going to be with e2save and I am not a happy customer!!!

Overall form your telephone call regarding upgrading my phone, the experience has been very good. You have kept me on tack even down to the delivery date and the time it would be delivered. Using the I phone C is a different experience compared to other mobile phones I have used, however, with the help of my son I am getting used to it. It will take time, but I think I will stick with this type of model. Thank you guys at E2saVE for a quick and efficient service. Well done!

moving from button phone to my first smart phone, all they do is sell you the phone so nothing hard about that, after that your on your own.

Great service. No hassle. Had plenty of communication once the contract had been accepted. I knew exactly when the phone would arrive and the free gift which as an outside order arrived just a day after the phone. Again plenty of communication. Would highly recommend e2 save.

The value for money is superb. I have been with them for a good while and for the most part they are very good. I get a cheap phone and put the supplied SIM card into my smartphone. To get cash back is easy - just email your bill. The net cost for 100 mins plus 300 texts and 250MB of data a mere £1.50 a month for 24 months. Brilliant!!

CAN DO BETTER, WITH HAVING DIRECT E-MAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH HAVE BLOCKED, NOW IT TAKES LONGER TO GET U TO REPLY .... AND U HAVE REMOVE FREE CALL SO CUSTOMER HAVE TO WAIT N HEAR SILLY MUSIC AND ALSO GET CHARGED TO TALK TO U

I wanted to change my phone which I was told I have a guarantee to change for 14days after purchase. My second day, I called in asking for an exchange of handsets and I was told I wasn't allowed it. I had a really really bad experience with e2 save and would not recommend this option to anyone because your staff goes back on their words. I had to put up and adjust myself to this phone that I first started with. I'm satisfied now with the phone but e2 save's assistance was very poor.

The waterproof, dust proof features are really nice. Camera very good.But I would choose BB Z10 very easy to use, no nonsesne features. Apps plenty BBWorld, amazon appstore. HDMI, can replace battery myself, can extend memory, full HD. Just regret one thing, Should go for the BB again, instead of sony for my misses.

The phone I originally ordered was out of stock. I spoke to some one via their chat feature and someone called me straight back from the sales team to help me get another phone that was in stock. I received it the next day. Very happy with e2save and will use again in the future.

From ordering to delivery, the service was excellent! However, I found lack of clarity on the instructions on how to start the devise, contract information, troubleshooters instructions etc. were not there at all. Micro sim together with a sim adapter was provided but to a non IT expert , it wasnt clear enough on what to do. Also whilst entering into the contract, i provided my pac number but nothing is working at the moment. My sim card registration failed - dont know what to do!!

I called e2save to take out a new contract. It was at a very busy time, as I needed thi s phone and contract before going to hospital with a child to undergo a major operation. I clearly told the salesman that I want a contract with o2. When the phone came in the post, it was on orange. I immediately called e2save to cancel, as the orange network does work very poorly around my house and therefore is uselesss. To the credit of that customer service manager, this got sorted out well and I was put through to sales to get a new phone. (But I had to call orange many times till it was all cancelled with them, as I kept getting bills for a service I cancelled before I could ever use it. Finally recently I got confirmation of a zero bill.) I then bought a contract which costs £18 per month and should cost £ 6 after cashback. However, when checking on my account on e2saves website, it gives me a smaller cashback than promised. I called a few times, everytime waiting ages to get through, to be promised that this will be updated. However, when I check it in my account section, it is still not sorted out. PLEASE COULD YOU SORT THIS OUT! THANKS!

Being a "silver surfer" I would have liked some written instructions to get the full use out of my phone instead of trying to get answers online. The phone seems ok, the visuals are excellent but I still ndont know how to do most of the things on it.
