Now on my 6th pay monthly contract with them. Money back using top cash back. Just have to keep on top of returning your bills if you are doing cash back.

catalogue of errors from start to finish. could understand one advisor making one mistake but in my dealings with e2save not one of the numerous advisors I spoke to actually completed what they said they would. It took me at least two phone calls to correct each error, with the exception of one advisor called Tom, who actually did what he said he would do. However, at this stage I was so frustrated and out of the will to continue with the company that I cancelled my account. Has ensured that I will NEVER deal over the phone again re my mobile phone contract. My experience was so disasterous it could be considered comical if it hadn't left me so angry and without a working phone or sim for two weeks now! I can't imagine I am alone in this experience, shame on the management who are responsible for training and monitoring their call centre staff.

At the moment I am not too sure because I am still exploring it. I find the touch pad too narrow . I find it difficult to type in the right letter. As my finger keep touching the wrong letter . For this reason it takes me longer to send text or email.

I had bit problem when I ordered this mobile as it was out of stock but it showed in the site available . So I waited one week.then I changed the colour I got the mobile.but only suggestion you could have updated with available option before I contacted after a week.otherwise I am ok

I placed my order online for 2 nokia Lumia 635 phones. The status on the website showed that the phones would be delivered the next day. Having not received the phones on Tuesday, I called the sales number only to be told that there was a problem with the order. Note that I needed the phones for my kids who started school today. As a result they dont have phones which leaves me in a very difficult position. The order was finally resolved by Simon, and a thanks to him, however, I do feel the company did not make any attempt to contact me to resolve the problem. Instead waited on me to call their very expensive number and wait to be connected to an operator. Overall it left me feeling let down by a company that I have just purchased 2 handsets from. I am still waiting on delivery, hoping there is no problems there. I do feel that I should be compensated for the inconvenience.

Wasnt to happy as my phone was switched off ie the sim before the new one had arived so iwasnt able to call out or send messages or look up any media for nearly two days . Not thebest for me as I have investment news I need to ccheck up on .

In order to get the contract I initially applied online then it took 2 operators to call me back then a call from me to get the phone next day hand set arrived and it has the same from the Samsung logo on the back of the phone missing not very happy considering the price for an old phone too :/

Very impressed ordered Sunday told it would be here Tuesday got a text in the morning to say it soul arrive between 4-30 & 5-30 came at 5 . My granddaughter is thrilled with the phone , if the cash back goes to plan a very good deal

The phone deals seem good, but I did find the bit about changing the deal I'd originally chosen to a seemingly cheaper one confusing. I chose the deal that seemed cheaper not realizing it was a "cash back" deal and probably wouldn't have chosen this. I felt a bit mislead, but have settled for the cash back deal as I seemed to have committed myself to it unwittingly. I just hope I remember to send in the bills on the dates specified.
