“I can't thank Irene enough for all the help and advice given to me and I feel really good about the package she found for me, helping me to save money. I had looked at several other sites beforehand but not of them came anywhere near in matching the service I received. I will definitely be recommending them to friend as well as purchasing from them again.”

“It was very easy to order via the e2save website. Goods arrived in a timely fashion and were immaculate (refurbished phone purchased). Order update statuses regularly posted which was helpful. “Website was easy to save, actual phone and contract was very very good really suited my needs and expenditure. There was no after sales hassle like selling insurance products etc so I personally was pleased about that. Overall E2save service was very good, website very good and phone/contract was very good, all round 5 out of 5.”

“Was fine apart from the fact that they don't state the free gift arrives up to 72 hours after the phone has been delivered so its a bit of a con when you select a day which suits you to take delivery of what you've ordered.”

“|I also asked him for as sim card for my husband to try and get his old phone to work which he sent me. I phoned E2, spoke to a lady, again explained what had occurred and she said she would look into it for me, again I did not get a call back. I also had to go to my bank and they changed my banking card as whoever committed the fraud had my account number. I have spent at least 4 hours on the phone regarding this along with a lot of distress having to repeat the scenario over and over again. I do not feel I have had any support at all from orange (apart from Keith who actually explained what had happened) the shop were unable to help either. I am now tied into another contract with you but\ sincerely wish I was with another supplier. I would like to hear your comments on this matter but I will not hold my breath. I do not expect I will hear anything from you as before.”

As discussed, your order with ourselves was not the issue, but with a fraudulent order that was taken out with Orange directly in your husband’s name.
