“Hi, I was very pleased with the customer service part from E2 save. Everything was done quick and efficient. However, I had hoped you would choose a different courier company to deliver my phone. There was someone at home the whole day. They answered the intercom when it was buzzed by the courier but he never came up instead he just attempted the delivery and I got an email saying 'nobody was home to sign for the delivery. This is very disappointing. I hope you choose a different a courier service in the future. Thank you.”

“I was promised an upgrade 5C16GB and this is what was agreed. They sent me a 5C8GB and when I eventually got through they told me that they were unable to offer me a16GB. This i find shocking when I was promised a 16GB. I have sent the phone back and has cost me £8 as I have had to send it registered. Very disappointing experience with this company.”

“Was very disappointed at first that my phone was not in stock after placing an order. Later that evening I spoke to an adviser by the name of Joshua who dealt with my query in an exceptional manner. He arranged a different colour of phone on the same contract and had it delivered by the next day. Hats off excellent service and super customer service by Joshua.”

“Told item could be delivered in 24 hours on a Friday then got delayed over a weekend so had to wait for Monday delivery. Told I would get an email with delivery time slot. No email received. Phone got delivered. Husband walking the dog so missed delivery because we did not know what time it was coming. Had to re- organise delivery. Bought the special offer package of car holder, car charger and gel care. My phone is pink colour and I get sent a black case, can't see colour of phone at all. Bit useless.”

“Phone working ok the shop knew nothing about the section where you can slow the speech down once I found this and turn it off everybody was not having a Stroke or TIA is was realy bad. Battery needs charging once a week and thats with no wi fi on. takes good pictures will do till next up grade. net work not good as phone not working for a whole day due to me going in a black hole I have one near home so EE tell me only problem was phone went down while the other side of the thames. lol”
