“I inserted the SIM card in to the phone but it still said "insert the SIM card". I inserted the SIM card in to the phone by all the alternative means, including the manual instructions, but it still said "insert the SIM card" and "emergency calls only". Consequently, apart from 999, the phone is completely useless. You'd think that making a phone call would be the least it should do ! Pathetic !!!”

If you’ve purchased a refurbished handset, these do not always come with the standard accessories to keep the cost of the deal as low as possible. With our refurbished products, you’ll still receive the battery and charger. If you’re missing either of these from a refurbished product or are missing standard accessories for a brand new handset, please let me know and I’ll be happy to contact you to investigate the matter further. “Very helpful salesperson. We did move through the various options so the price and options changed. Very clear conclusion to call. On receipt of my order the price plan was not as I had agreed. My call to customer service was dealt with efficiently and said it would take 1to 2 days to resolve. I rang on day 3 but again customer service was extremely pleasant and we resolved the issue to my satisfaction.. It is not often you can say you had a pleasant experience when contacting any companies customer service but I can in this instance. I have only indicated good as my experience as there was the discrepancy and I did have to contact them .”

“Found esave from using a comparable website for mobile phone contracts . They were offering a good deal so clicked on the site saw the offer and applied. It was a quick and easy service and delivery of my new phone was arranged for delivery then next day. I was able to track my parcel from first thing in the morning to delivery again. I recommend esave to any potential customers.”

“Ordered was delayed as out of dtock, despite website stating available. Customer service line was very helpful, but had to phone three times due to total lack of communication from company about my phone (didn't even tell me it was delayed, I found this out when I phoned customer service after the phone didn't show up on due day). Phone, when arrived, was in excellent condition though, and definitely the cheapest deal around. Just a bit of a struggle to actually get.”

Ordered a refurbished iPhone 6 which I was slightly hesitant about, however it arrived the next day with not a single cosmetic (including any small scratches) or internal fault! Very pleased with the cheap prices and top customer service! Have and will continue to recommend to others!”

“This phone was delivered with a broken SIM card. It has taken three phone calls and seven day to get to the point where e2save will now arrange for a new SIM card. Even then they had to refer to 02. Typical, quick to take your money, slow to fix any problems. Very poor service indeed.”
