“I am thoroughly disappointed with the service I have received. I am still yet to receive my phone after 2 weeks, Nobody was able to tell me exactly where my phone is..only that keep rearranging delivery..which never happens..very poor indeed.”

“I ordered a reconditioned phone which arrived the next day,I decided on inspection that this would not be for me.i contacted e2save customer services and they were most helpful in advising me to return this phone.all this was done without fuss in a most helpful manner.i will now check what other phones are on offer from this company and hope I can find something suitable,highly recomended”

“Got called on Friday to upgrade my phone and got told the new phone would be here on the Monday but it came the next day plus only took 10 minutes to arrange my new mobile which was great for me as I have a new born baby and a 2 year old and don't have time to be on the phone for long”

“The phone I ordered on 25th November finally arrived on 7th December after several protracted phone calls and waiting in. The staff who dealt with my enquiries were very helpful, but the whole system seemed to be in chaos.”
