Very helpful company and the delivery was the next day, free which goes down very well. Haven't used the phone yet as it is for my husband as an extra Christmas present.

Appalling, tried to cancel day after as phone didn't meet requirements. Was informed it was cancelled on phine, however no confirmation received and phone provider contract still issued . Will be taking this matter further!

Hello Amber Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received confirmation that your order has been cancelled, I understand the concerns this would cause and apologise. I have called you earlier this morning but unfortunately you were unavailable. If you have returned your order, then please allow 3-5 working days, from the day of receipt of the phone, for the contract and Direct Debit to be cancelled by the network provider. If you have already received a bill, then you will receive correspondence from the network to advise that the bill have revised and cancelled. I apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused. I have just got a second contract with e2save for my daughter, again prompt delivery, good all round service, good deals. Will be getting a third with them when my son's older. I definitely recommend e2s.

I ordered a new iPhone 6 64gb on a renewal of my exising contract with CPW on O2 @ 11.15(am) on Friday 27th Nov I was sent a referb - I did not ask for a referb and would never have agreed to taking a referb - The Sales person did not mention the deal was for a referb at any time during the call The deal was £32.50 p.m 1Gb of data pm, unlimited calls and texts - I got offered exactly the same deal in CPW store for a NEW iPhone 6 64Gb so thought nothing of it After the call, a few days later I got an email confirming order and mentioning referb. I tried to contact you twice to complain but was on hold for longer than 20 mins both time so gave up I asked gor ghe package to be delayed 2 days - moving delivery from 1st to 3rd December - I got confirmation that the phone would arrive on the 3rd and waited at home all day but nothing arrived - I did get deliverec on the 4th Dec with no apology or explanation I have now taken ghe phone to CPW store in stockport snd asked for it to be returned and the deal reversed which will take 5-10 days aparently RUBBISH service and massive inconvenience - I would not use you company again

The service was amazing, whoever it was that sold me the phone was friendly, efficient and sold me what i wanted. I honestly was impressed with tge service, the deal was much better than going direct with my current provider. I managed to stay with same provide and get a deal that they didnt even offer me an hour before i spoke to e2save. Definitely recommend to people.

I received numerous calls throughout the week prior to placing an order - changed order which after refusal was rescheduled to be redelivered.... Still waiting for my iPhone 6s which I was excited about... But the excitement has now gone.... Not sure if I'll receive my upgrade because I have lost faith & on the verge of making a complaint.... The staff have all been polite, professional and very helpful.

This is my first time using E2Save as I literally just found their great deals on the internet, and eventually found one on the phone I wanted. I bought the iPhone 6s in rose gold. At first when I tried to order online it would'nt go through, but I called up their sales team and they were very easy to get to (no waiting around) and very helpful. I've forgotten the name of the guy I spoke to, but I would like to commend him on being so professional and pointing out things for me to consider with the purchase of a new phone, such as insurance which you can buy there and then, details of how to get a refund if need be and what to do if you want to keep your current number. Furthermore, my phone was actually delivered the morning of the very next day so it meant I wasn't left anxiously waiting (seeing as they are an online company and this was my first time). Overall I am very happy with my phone and I have a great contract (I waited until Black Friday to see if other companies could match it but none did!), and I have already started recommending E2Save to my friends. If you're looking to buy someone a smartphone/tablet for Christmas, come here! You get great deals and it may even come a day or two early, like mine. I know that this has been a long post but I had a really positive experience so I just wanted to share that! I hope that you found this review useful.

Fantastic experience with E2 Save Mobiles - I had never had a more pleasant experience in getting out a new contract phone. Everything was smooth, and not to mention QUICK! I'd definitely recommend to anyone who is considering taking out a new contract, but may not necessarily have the time to head into a shop. Everything is completed online, a very quick application form - and if you're accepted, you receive an email within 1-2 days and your phone is shipped to you the VERY NEXT DAY! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

After spending days checking out deals, I found a deal on e2save that could not be beaten or even matched by the top networks. Filled in simple detail online at about 3pm, by 8pm I had confirmation all was good with my credit. This was a Friday so expected phone earliest Monday. Only to receive a further email saying phone was to be delivered special delivery Saturday . Tracking fir phone was faultless and even showed you an online map with location of delivery and estimated time. Phone delivered safely and I'm extremely happy, already I'm recommending e2save to my friends s the service and deals are unbeatable.

The prices are competitive but one member of staff gave me the wrong information (I assume they are new in the role) which caused complete confusion. I have had to make more that one call to E2Save so the service has not been very efficient at all.
