“A good service E2 Save were very helpful on the phone sorting the order out. The phone was delivered on the correct day. No problems so far. Very pleased, discovered I had chosen the latest model. Recommend although have not tried out the camera and music yet. This is my first smart phone so I am no expert. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Don't order over the phone. Choose something online so you know what your getting and can prove what you ordered. The sales guy told me I was getting a 4G tariff. When it arrived it was a 3g tariff as I suspected. I asked twice if he was sure it was 4G as I had never heard of a 250mb 4G tariff. He said he was sure. He was either lying or very ignorant of tariffs.”

“Extremely disappointed customer!Agreed a phone upgrade,advised when received keep using old phone until sim becomes inactive.Day after agreeing to the upgrade I woke up to discover my SIM card had been deactivated even though my new phone wasn't being delivered for a further 2 days.Had to call and request reactivate old sim however this took a further 24 hours.”

“The Samsung Galaxy 5 is excellent. Very pleased with it. No problems with it, only slight niggle is that the vibration is not as strong as on my previous phone but this is probably due to the very slim design of this one.”

“I was mis-sold an additional line. I was told it was an upgrade on the initial call and a further two calls to their customer service team and after several calls to EE and Orange confirmed I had been sold an additional contract. At not point did they inform me I was buying an additional line . Extremely poor service.”
